Leaving the crisis behind
More than 500 exhibitors on 21,000 m² make Agro Animal Show / Grain Tech Expo / Fruit.Vegetables.Logistics the number one of the annual Ukrainian agrarian events. The February event is very popular among the exhibitors – in particular among those from abroad. With 125 foreign participants from 19 countries and six country pavilions from Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Great Britain and the Czech Republic the event was a showcase for modern technologies in the sectors of animal husbandry, storage and drying of grain and growing of fruits and vegetables that gain more and more importance across Ukraine.
36 German companies presented the highlights of German engineering on 660sqm to 17,000 business professionals visiting Agro Animal Show/Grain Tech Expo/Fruit.Vegetables.Logistics.
France, Great Britain, the Netherlands, the German Ukrainian Agricultural Policy Dialogue (APD) and the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club organized a number of conferences featuring milk production, growing of potatoes and innovative technologies. The “French Day” was well visited as well as the reception of the Dutch Embassy and the traditional Get-Together at the German Pavilion.
Being asked about the advantages of the exhibition German exhibitors particularly stressed the quality and quantity of the visitors that are highly interested in cooperating with German companies. The fact, that the Ukrainian agrarian sector mastered the crisis relatively well and is about to show positive growth results again, certainly contributed to this assessment.
The next edition of Agro Animal Show/Grain Tech Expo/Fruit.Vegetables.Logistics will take place 15-17 February 2017. Companies of the agricultural machinery sector are invited to join InterAGRO in Kiev from 8-11 November. More information is available here.
