FoodExpo Qazaqstan is a major exhibition showcasing the best products from the Kazakhstan food, food technology and beverage market.

FoodExpo Qazaqstan has become a key meeting point for the industry, attracting thousands of visitors from Kazakhstan and other regions of Central Asia.

In 2024, more than 306 exhibitors from 33 countries presented their products related to food, food technology, bakery, and HORECA to 7,904 trade visitors from 41 countries.

The Market

Kazakhstan’s food industry is a key economic driver, contributing approximately 13% to the country’s GDP. The food processing sector is seeing steady growth, with an annual increase of around 5-7% in production volumes. In 2023, Kazakhstan’s bakery market alone was valued at approximately $2 billion, reflecting the significant demand for baked goods. The adoption of advanced food technologies has surged, with investments growing by over 10% annually to enhance production efficiency and food safety. The government is actively supporting this sector, aiming to expand its capacity and competitiveness within Central Asia. The country also hosts major food exhibitions, such as FoodExpo Qazaqstan, attracting exhibitors and visitors from around the world to promote innovation and trade in food and food technology.
