American Dairy XPO 2026
Animal husbandry, Dairy industryThe Exhibition
The next edition of ADX will take place on November 4–5, 2026, at the Exposition Center at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York. The new, larger venue offers expanded exhibition space, improved infrastructure, and—for the first time—the opportunity to showcase live animals. Please note that 85% of the exhibition space has already been booked.
The 2025 premiere was completely sold out, with over 170 exhibitors presenting innovative solutions for modern dairy operations. Notably, 40% of trade visitors typically do not attend other agricultural exhibitions, highlighting the unique reach and audience of ADX.
The American Dairy XPO is organized by DLG Markets North America and provides dairy producers with access to international innovation, professional development, and high-level networking opportunities.
The Market
The United States is one of the world’s leading agricultural producers, with the dairy sector playing a vital role in the national economy. The country is among the largest producers of milk globally, with a highly developed and technologically advanced dairy industry. Dairy farming is concentrated in key states such as Wisconsin, California, New York, and Idaho, where large-scale operations and modern production systems ensure high efficiency and output.
The U.S. dairy market is characterized by strong productivity, innovation, and a well-established supply chain. Farmers increasingly rely on advanced technologies, including automated milking systems, precision feeding, genetic improvement, and data-driven herd management to optimize performance and sustainability. In addition, there is a growing focus on environmental responsibility, with investments in waste management, renewable energy, and water conservation practices.
Government support, industry organizations, and research institutions contribute to the continuous development of the sector through funding programs, education, and innovation initiatives. The United States is also a major exporter of dairy products such as cheese, milk powder, and whey, supplying key markets in Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Events such as the American Dairy XPO reflect the dynamic nature of the U.S. dairy industry, providing a platform for stakeholders to exchange knowledge, present new technologies, and strengthen business relationships in an increasingly competitive global market.
