FutureAg Expo 2024 Powered by Agritechnica is a new exhibition, sales and networking opportunity, to be held for the first time in Melbourne, Australia in 2024, for suppliers of agricultural and agro-industrial products, services and technologies to the Australian, New Zealand and Asia Pacific markets. Exhibitors will be manufacturers, producers, importers and distributors of products and services for agriculture, aquaculture, horticulture and livestock.

The show is held annually over three days. This year, the fair will be open to the public from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm from April 17 to 19, 2024.

The opening event will be held at Melbourne Showgrounds, Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia – the state of Victoria, with Melbourne as its capital, is Australia’s exhibition centre. It is also the largest agricultural exporting state in Australia.

FutureAg Expo is an exhibition and conference for the agricultural sector, covering the entire value chain from production to industrialisation and marketing of agricultural products.

The Market

Australia has a diverse agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector. It produces a range of plant and animal products. The gross value of agriculture, fisheries and forestry has increased 7% over the past 20 years, from around $70 billion in 2001 to $75 billion in 2020.

The Australian Government has set a target to support the agriculture sector to become a $100 billion industry by 2030.
